Watch Our Video

Hello from Alabama! We feel honored that you are taking the time to get to know us a little better. We enjoy camping, fishing, kayaking, and playing in the yard with our dogs. We would love to share this happy, loving, and adventurous life that we have created with your child.

Courtney has known since her early teens that she wouldn't be able to have children biologically. So, when we got married over 6 years ago we knew that we would adopt to grow our family. Our families are both thrilled to love and welcome your child. We want to learn about you and as much of your story as you feel comfortable sharing. We are open to keeping in touch through visits, letters, emails, and photos.

A Little About Us

From our first time meeting, we knew we had something special. We have been together for a total of  9 years and married for over 6. We enjoy traveling whether it be the smokies in Tennessee, which is our go-to spot, the beaches in Florida, or to Arizona to see family. We like trying new restaurants with our friends, grilling, and cooking for our families. We also like taking our camper on trips to campgrounds around the southeast and look forward to one day taking it on a long road trip out west with it in tow. Taking our boat out for fishing on the river just a few miles away is a weekly thing for us when the weather is nice. We love sharing these activities with Dominic, Clint's 16-year-old son, whenever he comes to visits and are so excited to share our love for spending time with family, and our outdoor hobbies with your child.

About My Husband, Clint

What I love most about Clint is that he is goofy, sweet, hard-working, and talented. When Dominic, Clint's son, comes to visit us from Arizona, watching Clint be a dad and seeing how bonded they are is really something special! They go fishing almost every day its not raining, and play video games together if its not nice outside. He is so excited to be a hands on dad with your child too! Children are drawn to Clint and his quiet, laid-back, lighthearted personality.

If it's nice weather out you can often find Clint at the river or lake on his boat fishing. Clint has a woodworking shop, a house washing side hustle, and he loves to cook meat on the smoker.

Clint is a professional truck driver. He takes pride in his job and the financial security that it provides us. He has a dedicated route and a set schedule so he is able to be home every day.

About My Wife, Courtney

Courtney is beautiful, smart, driven, and has a passionate heart for making everyone feel loved and happy. She has a nurturing personality and loves unconditionally. All of these things together have made her a wonderful stepmother! Children, especially her nieces and nephews love her and always want to be spending time with her. She is a wonderful step-mom to Dominic and always makes him feel welcome and heard when he visits. I know she will be a great mom for your child.

Courtney enjoys cooking, baking, camping, and kayaking when the weather is nice. She loves coffee and our 3 dogs. You can find her most mornings on the porch watching the dogs play in the yard sipping away at her cup of coffee.

Courtney is also a truck driver, she works locally and has a flexible schedule which will allow her to be at things for your child such as doctors appointments and the first days of school.

Our Home in Alabama

We live in a 3 bed/2 bath home on just over 4 acres in rural North Alabama. We share our home with our three dogs Gromit, Mavis, and Thelma Lou who are all great with children and love to play. We already have your child's room picked out and can't wait to decorate it just for them! Our neighborhood is quiet, with lots of relatives and friends living nearby. We can get to several towns/cities within 20-40 minutes, but really enjoy the quiet laid back environment of our country setting. We have a large fenced-in yard that connects to both our front and back decks.

Our Family

We are close with and spend a lot of time with both sides of our family. Courtney's parents and extended family all live close by. Clint's parents and sister live about an hour north of us, and his extended family lives in Arizona. We see Courtney's family several times a week and visit Clint's family 1-2 times a month. Both sides of our families are excited, supportive, and eager to welcome your child into our family. Our parents have already started making plans to love and spoil their new grandbaby.

Clint's son, Dominic, is very much a big part of our family. We keep in touch with him daily through texts, calls, and facetime. He is a sophomore in high school and loves to play football and golf, and is an aspiring photographer. We are both so proud of the funny, talented, smart, and respectful young man his is growing into.

Our Promise to You

As our child's birth mother, we promise that your child will always know their adoption story, and where they came from. You will always be spoken of in a positive light in our home. They will know that you love them, we love them, and that God's love had a hand in placing us all together. We promise your child will enjoy a life of holiday traditions, family vacations, outdoor adventures, and Christian values.

We look forward to sharing emails, pictures, letters, and visits with you at your comfort level.

More About Our Family

Our Values

• Life experiences- we believe that experiencing life together is much more important than having lots of “things”
• Quality time- we work opposite shifts, so we make it a point to sit down together for dinner every evening, and devote time to us and our families on the weekends
•Family- we value spending time with both sides of our families. We see them regularly and talk to them daily.
•Travel- we love both small and big trips, and can’t wait to share that with your child.

Our Faith

We are Christians who love God. We understand how important a relationship with him is, not just belonging to a church.

Why we are adopting

Between adoption being a part of our family through Courtney’s niece and nephew and being a blended family ourselves, we know that loving an adopted child like our own will come naturally.
It’s always been our dream to have a child together and adoption was our first choice.

More About Our Home

We bought our home 6 years ago and don’t have plans to move anywhere else. Our neighbors are great friends of ours and we can’t wait to see our children grow up together. We have woods behind our house to explore and hunt.

One of our three bedrooms is set up for Clint’s son Dominic. It’s important to us that he feels at home and has his own space when he comes to visit from Arizona several times a year. We are thrilled to set up and decorate the last bedroom for your child!

In Closing

Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We hope that you will reach out so we can learn more about you. We would be beyond blessed if you chose us to raise and love your child. You will always be a part of our story and have a special place in our hearts and home. We are open to keeping a relationship with you through visits, letters, email, and photos. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
