Watch Our Video
We are a young and fun-loving couple from Central Florida. We are excited and ready to become 1st-time parents through adoption. Adoption was always our path to having a family and are looking forward to a lifetime of memories and love. We welcome an adoption plan that makes you comfortable and would love to get to know you.
We grew up in the same small town in upstate New York. There we belonged to the same church. We met over 15 years ago in a youth group and started dating at the end of high school, and have just celebrated 11 years as a couple. We moved to Florida over 4 years ago to follow our dreams. Adoption was always the way we planned to start and grow our family, and we are excited to start this journey with you.
Living in Florida, we are fortunate to get to spend all year outside and are in close proximity to theme parks and beaches and fun day/weekend trips. As young parents, we look forward to frequent trips to Disney World, Museums, and Zoos. We cannot wait to see life through your child's eyes. We want to share in their joys and excitement in this world.
Jack is a fun and caring man. He is always there when you need him and loves to lend a helping hand. He loves to cook and makes wonderful dinners almost every night. He loves games, and we try to have a game night almost every month, whether with friends or with family. He enjoys making our house a home. Jack is very handy and likes doing projects around the house. He was in Boy Scouts and was in the Army. He will have fun passing his learnings onto our kids. He will teach them life skills as well as to love and respect nature. We love being outdoors and enjoying the world God has provided.
Julia is an amazingly kind and loving woman. She is always looking out for others and will go out of her way to make sure they are taken care of. She loves children and nannied and tutored other families in college. She will be a great mother. She will teach our children to love and respect others, to work hard, and see the good in others. Julia is energetic and fun. She has always loved Disney, and she followed her dream of a career with that company. She can't wait to share her passions for music and movies with her children. She's ready to make pillow forts to have a movie night. Julia loves to bake. We love to decorate cookies and eat yummy brownies. Julia also has a strong passion for education. She has a master's in math and will be well equipped to spend time with your child to help them with homework and make sure they never fall behind.
Our Home in Florida
We live in a quiet and close-knit neighborhood close to schools and walking distance to the library and parks. There are many young families in our community and it is the perfect place to raise children. We have become close friends with many of our neighbors. We have a wonderful fenced-in yard with a pool and have plenty of room for a swing set. We love to cook at home and grill in the backyard. We have created a gender-neutral nursery in one of the bedrooms. Our sweet cat Arnold can often be found wandering around the house and laying in the sun.
Our Family and Traditions
We have a large and amazing family. They have always been a big part of our lives and provide a huge support system. They are all excited for us to start our next chapter through adoption.
We have some amazing traditions we can't wait to pass on to your child.
Thousand Islands for Family reunions. Both sides of our family have vacation spots in the Thousand Islands that we have been going to for over 30 years. On vacation, we go boating, swimming, and fishing. It's a great place for kids to spend the summer. It is also a wonderful time to catch up with family.
We also love celebrating holidays; Christmas and Halloween are two of our favorites. Our traditions for both include watching holiday movies and eating homemade treats. We travel back to New York for the Christmas holidays to be closer to family. We love to have a snowy Christmas and hope to build snowmen and have snowball fights as our children grow. For Halloween, we go to magic kingdom and dress up as where's waldo. It's a lot of fun, and we share this tradition with anyone who visits us during that time.
Our promise to you is to share our unconditional love with you and your child. Your child will grow up knowing that they are loved and valued. Teaching our child about faith, honesty, compassion, love, respect, forgiveness, while supporting their passions, a healthy lifestyle, education, and explorations are of the highest importance and value to us.
