Watch Our Video

We’re a fun-loving family of four excited to grow through adoption! We’d love the opportunity to support your child to grow and learn within our family and we’re open to adopting a boy or girl of any racial background. It would be great to form a connection with you too, if you’d like.

About Us

Our story began as friends in high school, but we didn’t become a couple until college, when we were each on break visiting our hometown. Now we’ve been happily married 10 years! We love being parents and are raising our children with values for our Christian faith, staying connected to loved ones, and being there for each other.

Together we enjoy:
• Anything on the water! Fishing, swimming, or kayaking
• Neighborhood walks or hiking trails
• Date nights at our favorite restaurants
• Weekend trips to the Hill Country
• Attending church as a family

Meet Staci

Staci is driven, caring, and is always there for those she loves. She recently left her job as a therapist and team supervisor to be home with our kids and help with my business. Staci loves helping others and being there for our family.

Staci likes:
• Acting or volunteering with the local community theater
• Taking walks
• River kayaking or swimming
• Rescuing animals

Fun Fact: Staci is a good singer!

Meet Judd

Judd is an amazing husband and father! He can think through any situation without getting rattled, and he’s hard-working and generally cheerful. Judd always puts our family first, is supportive of our kids, and always up for fun. He supervises a team of estimators at a contractor company that helps repair large buildings after storm damage. Judd likes that he can work from home, and occasionally gets to visit new places for work travel.

Judd likes:
• Hunting, fishing, and kayaking
• Golfing
• Games with the kids
• Playing softball

Fun Fact: Judd can talk like Donald Duck!

Our Family

Our Children: Amy is our 16 year old daughter who loves to look out for others, play the flute for marching band, and hopes to study Criminal Justice or Social Work in college one day. Eli is our 9 year old son, an independent thinker who loves gaming, playing sports, and having friends over. They are both excited about having another sibling!

As a family we love:
• Cheering for Eli or Judd at their ball games
• Watching Amy’s marching band or concerts
• Attending Staci’s community plays
• Barbecue lunches after church
• Weekend trips to visit family or go hunting
• Annual beach vacations

Our Home in Texas

We live in south-central Texas, in a small town community that centers around the schools and supporting kids in their school events. Friday night football games at the high school are a big deal for everyone here! We love that this area has lots of places to enjoy the outdoors too.

Our home is a large 3-bedroom house in the country, just a few minutes from town. We have a big, beautiful property with huge trees, perfect for playing. Once we adopt we will set up a nursery in the room closest to our bedroom.

Pets: We have 3 dogs and 2 birds! Our family loves animals and our pets are friendly critters in our home.

Our Promise to You

We think of adoption as growing our extended family. We’d welcome a relationship with you or others in your child’s birth family, if that’s OK with you. We will be honest about how our family came together, and talk about you out of love and respect. Your child will grow up knowing he or she is loved, accepted, and supported, no matter what.

We promise to:
• Be supportive of your child’s background and celebrate their unique personality and strengths.
• Be honest and fair parents.
• Raise your child to know God, have self-confidence, and speak up for themselves.
• Honor our commitment to you and your child.
• Provide a quality education and encourage your child in his or her strengths and dreams.

If you’d like, we welcome ongoing contact and would love to get to know you. We’d love to talk or answer any of your questions. To learn more about us, please call or text Lifetime at 1.800.923.6784.

With love, Judd & Staci

More About Our Family

Why We're Adopting

As a blended family, we’d always planned to have more children. We’ve been through 3 miscarriages and a high-risk pregnancy, and through it all, our desire to grow our family remained. We are all excited about adopting a child!

Family Traditions

• Playing cards and dominoes
• Hunting (most of our family is into hunting!)
• Working on home projects together
• Camping trips
• Big family Thanksgivings in Kansas
• White Elephant Christmas gift exchanges

Our Loved Ones

Much of Judd’s side and Staci’s brother’s family live nearby. Staci’s parents live just a few hours away. We have other relatives living around the Midwest and Pacific Northwest too; we love taking family trips to see them every year. All together we have 13 nieces and nephews, so there are lots of cousins to play with too.

Adoption in Our Family

In our extended family, we have two nieces, one uncle, and several cousins were all adopted! Everyone is excited welcome the child we adopt.

In Closing

Thank you for learning about our family! We would be honored to adopt your baby into our family, and hope to get to know you through the process. If you're comfortable, we welcome the idea of staying in touch after the adoption, and would love to hear what you picture for our connection moving forward. As parents, we will always support our children as they grow, encouraging their strengths and interests, and being there for any question or need. We would love to talk with you or answer any questions! When you're ready, please contact Lifetime to ask about us.
